Attempting to get lean
I'm attempting to get lean for a figure fitness competition. Are there any supplements that I should or could take to help the process along?
Thanks,
heather

Green Tea
Extract and Chromium are good for metabolism, which could help you shed some
excess fat
. Of course, there's always ephedra but, personally, the jitters aren't my cup of tea

E/C/A Stack and Green Tea! I've just started taking CLA but not sure how it's going to work yet, I've only been on it a couple of days.

Cardio and a CKD diet are owning all of the fat on my body right now.
