Question

Attempting to get lean

I'm attempting to get lean for a figure fitness competition. Are there any supplements that I should or could take to help the process along?

Thanks,
heather

Green Tea Extract and Chromium are good for metabolism, which could help you shed some excess fat. Of course, there's always ephedra but, personally, the jitters aren't my cup of tea

E/C/A Stack and Green Tea! I've just started taking CLA but not sure how it's going to work yet, I've only been on it a couple of days.

Cardio and a CKD diet are owning all of the fat on my body right now.
