I use Vitargo. I'm 213 lbs. or so, and use two scoops of whey powder (about 50g protein) along with 2 scoops of vitargo in a big blenderfull of water and 3g of glutamine. Sip it from 15 min. before the workout, through it, and after if any is left. Tastes great; Vitargo takes on the taste of what it's mixed with. So don't mix it with crappy whey.
