Beginner Supplements

Hmmm Ok I just started a heavy trainning program..I've been lifting for about a month.

The supplements Im taking now are:

Gnc Mega Men Multi V's
Iso Pure L- Glutamine
Pro Complex Protein
N utrex Lipo-6 Fat burner
And Fiber pills....

I got ISo pure protein today because of a big sale for only $10...I was wondering If I can mix it with milk. It says water on the box but im not really into the water/protein thing?

PLease comment on my supplements and add anything that I might need ...

I wont be the first to say this to you, but if you have been working out for only a month you dont need supplements. You need real food, and lots of it!!

I don't use any of that stuff (except quality protein powder)! If you haven't opened the boxes/bottles, get your money back. Focus on developing quality eating habits and exercising on a regular basis. Best of luck in your efforts. :

Before you buy anything(other than protein you can always use), get your diet in order. This is where you make your gains, not with overpriced overhyped supplements.

In one month you should still be making great gains. Get your diet in order, and train hard and get plenty of rest.

i'd get rid of it all except for the multi and the protein, unless you already opened them

looks good although...no point buying whey isolate if youre going to put milk in it...and I dont think specific glutamine aminos are effective

If you don't like mixing your whey with water I found that it mixes quite easily into soy milk, and I think it tastes fine.

Dragon,
I may be wrong here, but I believe what ACEHOLE trying to say is that isolate is made to get into your system faster, and by mixing it with milk it slows it down.
