Question

Beginner would like some help


hey all, like i said before, i know nothing at the moment. i was wondering if there is anything that i can take to help with the muscle building. iSomething that isnt going to break the bank, at the moment i dont have anything to help, the best thing that ive probably eaten all week was a peice of fried salmon. thanks for your help.

There are only a few supps that I have found to be very helpful while training. Protein (either whey or a meal replacement) is the top choice. I wouldn't even consider a workout unless I had a protein drink afterwards. The second is a multi-vitamin and mineral tab. Third would be flax (or hemp, or fish) oil. The omega 3 fatty acids in these oils are a tremendous boost to your body and its abiltiy to use fats properly. Make sure to get cold processed oils and keep them in a cool, dark place.

Which brand of fatty acids do u use? What brand fatty acids would u reccomend form GNC. I usally get my stuff from there.

I usually get my supps off the internet from http://proteinfactory.com/ They have good prices on protein, EFA's, carbs and such. Check 'em out.

Which one would i need the hemp or the flex oil?

Personal preference for me is hemp oil. Tastes a bit better than flax oil and has a tad better profile of EFA's (IMO).

Try soy protein..it has a good amino profile and won't break the bank. Albumin is also not expensive and has a very high BV.
