hey all, like i said before, i know nothing at the moment. i was wondering if there is anything that i can take to help with the muscle building. iSomething that isnt going to break the bank, at the moment i dont have anything to help, the best thing that ive probably eaten all week was a peice of fried salmon. thanks for your help.

There are only a few supps that I have found to be very helpful while training. Protein (either whey or a meal replacement) is the top choice. I wouldn't even consider a workout unless I had a protein drink afterwards. The second is a multi-vitamin and mineral tab. Third would be flax (or hemp, or fish) oil. The omega 3 fatty acids in these oils are a tremendous boost to your body and its abiltiy to use fats properly. Make sure to get cold processed oils and keep them in a cool, dark place.
