wat supplement works the best in the shortest amount of time ?
i dont mean anabolic steroids or anything.stuff like creatine , protein or any other ? im 16 and i want to build muscle faster . i go to gym three times a week but dont take anything to enhance training . does anyone reccomend anything to take ?

Food, jon, plain and simple. Read the post in Diet and Nutrition to see where food can take you. Add some creatine, protein, BCAA's, glutamine, ala and other anti-oxidents, and EFA's and you will be all set.

you can also try Alpha lipoic acid. In high dosages it has a partition effect - it takes most of the nutrients to your muscles.
I haven't used it yet. The recommended dosage for that effect would be about 3 grams a day, which is quite high, I admit.
