were you eating a lot during taht time? when i first started i lifted way too much (worked every muscle every day=BIG TIME OVERTRAINING) and i didn't eat anything at all, so i had almost no gains.

Don't forget the importance of rest. Gotta give your body time to repair itself.
  • Healthy eating
  • Proper workouts
  • Plenty of rest

Lol if exercise isn't enough how about get implants... anyone who says they can't build muscle because of their genes is full of ****. Hard work will always bring results if you know what you are doing.

Get a copy of Beyond Brawn by Stuart McRobert. An excellent read that makes a great deal of sense for the average person who doesn't have the genes for adding muscle easily. This book can save you a bunch of frustration.
