Best time to take multi-vitamins and/or calcium?

I'm thinking after breakfast to start the day. Or maybe after dinner, several hours before bed. I know what I'm taking are for, but I have no idea how they're process by the body. I have no fixed time, and usually take these tabs (at the same time) after what ever meal.

Plz note that these two are separate, and are both one tab a day each. Also note that I may again start drinking whey protein mix (thinking of gaining some mass). Thanks!

Take them with meals. Which meal is irrelevant.
Also, take calcium & multivitamins at seperate meals. Calcium interferes with the absorbtion of some b vitamin.

My calcium is plain and doesn't have vitamin D. I rely on D from the multi tabs. I'm guessing that doesn't matter? As long I get a good amount of D every day?

.

Don't take calcium with breakfast if you drink coffee. The caffiene restricts absorbtion. It is probably best to take them with your last meal.
