Biofreeze pain reliever

http://www.ast-ss.com/Products/Produ....asp?ProdID=34

After doing heavy barbell curls I get an excessive pain in my forearms which somewhat limits my activity for the next day. I tried BenGay for relief and it works a little bit but I feel I need something stronger. Is this stuff good?

My girlfriend hurt her back when she was younger and a doctor told her to use this on her back.. It just smells pretty bad, but she says it works good.

heh, i can tell you that it does work very well... my friend has some for his back and ive used it for mine. Its great, and it has a little rollerball on the end so you dont get your hands all gooey and smelly.
