broken bones

3 of my toes got broken (some newbie dropped a 90lb on my foot). Besides staying off it, ice, advil and elevation anything else that can be done to help speed the process?

Nope RICE

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

is about all you can do.

If after a couple of days the swelling is still bad and painful, you can use some heat.

If you aren't 100% certain that it's just the toes you may want to see a doc. If the tarsals are broken you may have to wear a cast for a while.

Beating the sh*t out of whoever dropped the weight on your toes may help you feel a little better.
