Can i mix these?


can i mix protein powder and creatine powder into one drink togethor?

yeah, and you can add glutamine powder in there if you like

just google glutamine, but your muscles like it, helps them rebuild

Glutamine is a good way to lighten your wallet. Get some whey, creatine and high GI carbs in that shake and you'll be fine.

taking creatine with protein AND carbs is better than taking it with carbs alone so go ahead and mix them.
