test levels, but overall it doesnt do much more than get you a better sleep... which does increase test levels, but Id say it aint that spectacular... as for the headaches I have no clue...
Vitamins Ive noticed the same thing, I feel more prone to sinus attacks and just weak overall when I dont take them for a longated period.
fishoil/flaxseed... Im assuming you mean they get clammy, or sweaty... who cares. Mine are always too, although I dont take EFA supplements, you can never really go wrong with an EFA supplement.. thats money well spent.
Creatine... thats a good question, maybe someone else can answer, and help answer your questions... its always nice to have multiple opinions and answers just to see if its consistent advice you are getting, ya know?
overall you just got to remember not to skimp out when it comes to food... you cant just take those fish/flax
oil caps and expect to need eat things like nuts, beans, fish and other stuff that have actual Fats in them, or you cant take your vitamins and expect to never eat veggies n fruits... point is you have to eat the stuff even though you take a supplement for that... You might already know that, but I just wanna make that clear. supplements are not replacements... they are just an addition to an already good diet.
