Question

can you stack no2, protein, and creatine?

i was wondering if you can stack no2, protein, and creatine or will they somehow not mix well with each other.

anyone know if you can stack these together? and if so do they have to be taken at seperate times like the creatine and no2 together and then the protein later on in the day.

By stack, do you mean use at the same time or mix in the same drink? I think NO2 is supposed to be taken pre workout so it helps you achieve better pumps. Creatine can be taken either post or pre-workout as can protein. What exactly are your concerns about taking them all together?

yes you can.... you should already be taking protein anyway and if you bought the book with no2 it says that you can maximise your results by adding creatine as well so yes you can stack all of them. I used to to take NO2 but didnt see many results. Are you making good results using NO2?

According to the book that comes along with NO2, you shouldn't start your creatine until you have been on the NO2 for 10 days.

Take N02 30-45 minutes before yoiu eat on an empty stomach twice a day at least 8 hours apart. (recommended is 6 - 9grams of AAKG)

Take Creatine 5 grams before or after you workout.

Protein, is food and yes.

Taking NO2 is very effective if you take an antioxidant. NO2 produces a disgusting amount of free radicals in the blood and if you dont take the antioxidants you might get a good pump during the workout , but the free radicals are shooting holes through your muscles. Taking creatine and protein are a good idea also. If you want to gain any true muscle mass you have to up your protein intake. Creatine wouldnt hurt either.
