Canned or bottled protein shakes? Which brands?

Are there any premade high protein shakes that come in bottles or cans? And that taste decent? Can anyone recommend a brand, preferably very low sugar?

Thanks
Tom

GNC's 50 slam tastes great. Isopure is also nice. Myoplex is probably the cheapest around, at about $1 per 50g serving.

Since there's a GNC by where I work I usually just grab my lunch/dinner there in the form of a $1-2 shake, beats paying $5 for a tiny sandwhich any day

Yeah I'd go that route versus payig for a shake they make at the gym. My gym would charge almost 7 bucks for a double whey protein shake

The premade shakes are ridiculously priced so I would recommend any type of whey protein and mix it yourself...WIth low carbs its not going to be the best tasting shake out there...As for premade shakes, I have had both Myoplex and MetRx and they weren't too bad, but they are sooooooo expensive...I just head to GNC and find a decently priced Whey and just slam it down....Not drinking them for the taste, drinking them for the nutritous content...I know that you should never buy Designer Protein, it tastes horrible and so does the Sportpharma Whey....they actually burned my throat when I drank them.....

buy some protein and mix it in shaker yourself. That way you can adjust the caloric ratios however you need, and its also cheaper.

Ive read that RTDs have diminished nutrient values as well....maybe they degrade over time?
