neither... i think you should get a better diet instead. You need carbs and fats. If you are desperate to lose weight try some other better products.

Dude your bf is already low. Don't take any crap supps to lose a few more pounds. Start doing some cardio if you are not already. List your diet because that may be the problem, but otherwise you dont really need to lose more weight man.

i havnt done a cardio for a year. i need to start doing it again.
i still have my six-pac tho. i do situps once in awhile..

my diet sucks...

i eat 2-3 meals before like 7pm(low carb, low fat, high protein, ) then.....
...
my friends call me up..we go out.. endup eating a large plate..
or drinks high in sugar.

and i come home and eat again..

i think the problem i have is.... i cant stop eating when i am at home.
i am the only healthy guy in the family so, junk food is always avalible at home.

From looking at that picture, you must be joking about losing fat; that or you have an eating disorder (anorexia, etc) Which is it?

you want to be bulknig bro. that means get those carbs in you. your body looks kinda like mine, except im 15 years old dude. you want to put on some more weight believe me. your metabolism is fast, you don't ahve to worry about getting fat, get more in you, not less.
