Carb Interceptors - Good idea or waste of money?

(I posted this somewhere else, but no one was answering... So now it's here)

-----------------------------------------------------------

What about these carb-cutting pills they have now?

Example - Click this

There is also one called Carb Intercept w/ Phase II... Do these work or are they trouble?

I wouldn't take them. I like my carbs and the fiber they contain. This sounds like you will have trouble with your bowls and it will spike your insulin. I would just prepare a diet plan that you can live with and workout hard.

Yes, diet. I remember when it used to be hard to keep it under my perfered calories for dieting, but now I've found out that I was averaging 1000-1250 a day, explaining why I haven't felt like working out. -hehe- Don't worry, I fixed it. Thanks, Lady C.

I like the site so far.

Rather that try and "block" the carbs:
  • Don't eat more than you need (have a plan), or
  • Make sure that you focus carb consumption near your workout
