CEE unwrapped safety

on 1 fast 400 ( http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=1618 ) they are selling a CEE product that because they bought in in bulk and packaged it themselves is not sealed.

I am a little warry of the safety of this, but the price is right on. Any thoughts?
