Cell Tech sugar, fattening?

can all the sugar/dextrose in cell-tech make u fat? I see it has 75g of sugar, cant that make u fat????

A product like Cell Tech is best used post-workout since the insulin spike which will be created is desired. Add some protein to the drink for even better results.
