Hey everybody, just started taking cellmass today and i have one question for anyone else who has or is using it.
According to the directions it says to take one serving 6-8 hrs before your post workout serving.
Is that necessary? or can i just take it after i work out?
the problem is i work from 9:30 to 6:30 and i workout at 10:30pm. i use my shaker for my protein at work and i don't want to have to bring the cellmass with me as well every day.
So is it necessary?

Just take it after your workout, use it as a regular protein supplement. As long as you eat some protein a few hours before you workout you'll be good.

I'm in the military, and I basically get paid to workout... not a bad deal at all.
Just drink a big glass of water right after your cell mass intake (as with any creatine intake), and then make sure you are properly hydrated before going to bed...and keep a glass of water bedside incase you happen to wake up thirsty in the middle of the night. You should be fine.

you could always cap it yourself, bulknutrition.com carries something called cap m quick which allows you to easily put your own powder into capsules. I use it, it works good. its like 8 bucks, and the capsules are very cheap too
