celltech/nitrotech???

i know the creatine questions have been gone over and over again. i tryed searching the this question and coudnt get a exact answer. i just bought some celltech and nitrotech (overpriced, overhyped i know but anyhow) i workout in the morning so i eat before and after i lift. but my question is this, i eat a bowl of frosted mini wheats and some milk before i go and then after i eat some whey with simple carbs and some eggs. should i change anything like maybe take the celltech on a empty stomach. also is it ok to take the celltech/nitrotech at the same time?? if so should i mix them or take seperate?

you can can nitrotech and cell-tech togethere because One is creatine other is protein.

Also, it dont really matter if ur stomach is empty or not if u take it after an intense workout because your body uses up the protein and creatine so u need to restore it. But most likely after a workout, i dont think ur gonna have a full stomach.

Also, i think cell-tech is insanly over priced. but nitro tech, you can get it for good price if you shop around even though is cost more then other protein. And thats because it only has whey isolates which cost more then other source of protein.

Not saying nitrotech isnt a good product but you can buy straight up isolate close to or cheaper than Nitrotech.

I use both products and work out in the morning too. I called the 800 number on the back and they told me to use cell-tech as soon as your done with your workout, wait 30min. then use nitro-tech. For me its hard to eat after that.
