Check out this awesome protein cereal I found

http://www.organicmilling.com/products/hiprotein.asp

I have been eating it for months, its great tasting...I purcased it at Trader Joes( http://www.traderjoes.com/locations/index.asp ) ...check out the nutrition facts on the above site!

edit: its sugared with cane juice crystals, which are supposadally a much better type of sugar!

I doubt that Appleman10 is pushing business for either of the two references above.

My 2-cents

I don't think it's SPAM either. I think it's just sharing a great food source that supports the goal that many of us here have, which is trying to find foods we can eat, that taste good, aren't brightly coloured marshmallow choco-covered trinket-containing joo-joo candy crispy foods.

Besides he isn't selling anything....

Along the same line, I think I know the Kashi Go Lean cereal you're talking about....they make a few, but one of them has little flat wafer disk type thingies in it of soy protein flakes... is that the one you're refering to?

<<Man I'm having a seriously descriptively-challenged day today>>
