I have some bags of pudding that I havn't eaten yet, what do you guys think about using them (half the bag before, half the bag afterwards) for pre/post wo carbs? They have malodextrin, I think a whole bag has like 32g carbs in it, because my dad got the low sugar kind.
Anyways, what do you guyst hink about the pudding. I am looking into dextrose too, but if this will work fine I'll continue.
