I just bought some CLA to help with shetting some un-wanted fat and had a few questions.
1. Is this stuff actually good stuff?
2. The bottle says that you should take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food. The salesman at the nutrition store insists that I should take 3 capsuls 3 times a day. Is it safe to ingest that much CLA? I thought that he might just want me to blow through the bottle so that I come back to sell more.
Any info on this would be helpful!

Generally CLA does aid in fat loss, but from what I've read from different sources, it has a positive affect over time....as in, the longer you take it, the more it begins to work. It isn't a miracle pill, but it can aid in keep your fat gain to a minimum or taking off some unwanted pounds over the course of time.

When I took it, I took two 1,000mg capsules with breakfast, two with a mid-day meal, and then two more capsules at night with my very last meal before going to bed. That's a total of 6 grams per day. I would say that is more than enough. You could take 1 capsule 3 times a day and be just fine I am sure. :
