CLA and excercise?


do i have to do cardio to make CLA useful or it just bodyfats.
i am only doing weight training right now and taking CLA

CLA may have anti-carcinogenic properties. I assume that you are using it to lose fat. Its effects on weight loss is dubious at best. You would be better off watching your diet closely and adding some muscle.

I like the stuff myself. I take 6-8 grams a day.

I can't find a single bad study on the stuff. Worse case I'm taking a slightly expensive anti-oxidant.

In fact, I continue to lose fat without dieting. Can't beat that.
