CLA:Burns the fat around the waist

Today I saw an advertisement in the gym saying "CLA-Increases burning fat around the waist" and you see a measure around the waist of a woman. As far as I know spot reduction is impossible... It is a local brand here in Turkey.

Are they legally allowed to say something like this?

cla is a crappy product; anyway, they dont have the same laws as the us...besides, we have spot reduction ads here too

well cla has been shown to cause fat loss wile maintaining or promoting muscle size i would not call it false advertisement as fat loss will occur around waist

....and since the waist line (anthro measurement referred to as "Ab-1") will in fact be one of the first areas to demonstrate fat loss,....you could in a twisted, manipulated, "reading-into-it-what-you-want" kind of way,....say sure, yuh-huh, it'll work.

It's like the discussion/debate we've engaged upon here regarding compression for "inch loss."

It's all relative, and, it's important to understand the true meaning, intent,.... and understand what may be read into the words.
