CLA - good for reducing low end bf%

Is CLA any good for reducing bf% from say 11% to 8% or is it only good when you're higher, say 18% down to 12%?

Also, are there any major changes when you stop taking it or is it just an aid to speed up dieting? Reports I've read look unsure if it even works?

Thanks!

Yeah did do but was none the wiser really, seems a high end bf% thing to me. Seems one of those that for every 5 positive people there are another 5 who say it does nothing. Think the reports only show results in mice?!

Cheers guys anyway.
