cla help


im currently taking cla cell tech and nitro tech i was wondering if cla burns muscle becuase some people say some fat loss products such as hydroxycut will actually make you lose muscle will cla do the same or does it have no effect on muscle at all

It's not actually the product that will target your muscle and purposely break it down. CLA helps to mobilize and utilize fat cells as energy as well as help shuttle insulin....however you can be taking all the supps in the world, cell tech, nitro-tech anything..and if your not eating enough simply your body will start to take what it needs to fuel your day, from itself...it's preferred source of energy is from that lovely muscle tissue you worked so hard for
