Just got my bottle of CLA, 180 tablets and read somewhere that you want around 5 grams a day. Well on the bottle it says each 1000mg pill is 75%-84% CLA, if this is so, 6 pills at 75% would only be 4.5 grams.
Like I said, I have only been taking it for a week now but Should I go with 7 pills a day to ensure the 5 grams? Also, taking 3 pills right after workout means better entry into system?
