If you do a search you'll see the general idea is that people like CLA and noticed some decreased body fat and no downsides like you said other than the cost. I'd actually like to see a caomparison of CLA, vs ALA vs.
Flax Seed vs
Fish Oil because if memory serves me rght they pretty much all do the same thing
