CLA use

ok so i weigh about 150 lb, 9% fat. I am following a semi-strict diet, but still consuming around 2500 calories a day.

I am also lifting pretty much 3 days a week doing upper and lower body workouts each workout day.

I just bought some CLA and i was wondering what the benefits would be for me since i am not obese.

Would the CLA help me lose some bodyfat even though i'm not obese?

Personally I would skip the CLA and just increase your cardio. If you have only 9% body fat, well thats pretty low. Most people average between 14-19%. So IMO you would probably be wasting your money. And cardio is free!

That low of bodyfat won't see much of a benefit of CLA
