CLA, Whey & Creatine: Dosage? Work Together?

Will these suplements all work together? I have heard about some canceling each other out. I know I should take the whey right after work out, as well as the creatine and CLA. This to me seems like an over load. SHould I be worried? I just got my CLA today and took 2 pills, tomrrow I will start taking 6 in order to gte 5 grams in me. Should I work my way up to 6 pills? I know with Hydroxycut it says to do thta, but then CLA is not a thremogenic. It doesnt reasie my heart rate right?
I try to mix in 3-4 shakes a day, mainly as a meal replacement. I am trying to get flat, not necessarily big.

I am 5'6 and about 155lbs. Have been lifting for about 2.5 years and can rep my bodyweight on bench, proabably more. I have never maxed. I can probably squat 200 but have never maxed on that either. I usually just rep a 45 and then toss a ten as the last set of 10. Bout a year ago I was doing a 45 and 25 on both sides, havent tried that in a while.

Thanks
Ryan

Well yeah it doesn't raise your heart rate, your OK. You can take it all in one shake, many do.......Work your way upto a dosage that gets you results, I take only 2g in after workouts.
