Woa woa woa !!! Hold on, hold on. Take a deep breath....... It is 120 mcg/ml, and the bottle comes with 30 ml. That means there are 3600 mcg which is about 45 days worth if your taking 80 mcg/day.

Holy crap lol thank god Jackel cleared that one up for ya... don't wanna be taking the whole lot in two weeks thats for sure, man this stuff is beginning to worry me when people just pick it out as a normal fat burner, this is a serious chemical it can quite easily kill you. If you overdose, well you better get the tv remote and sit down because you ain't going to be standing up for a while it knocks you for six.

I was wondering.....what type of diet is best with clen? I normally do more carbs then protein with very low fat...do you think it would be wiser to switch to higher protein?

Yep, switch to high protein, clen is has good anti-catabolic properties so you don't need to worry too much. Just don't do any of that low carb crap
