If it supplements a good diet, then yes. If the diet is off, the results may not be any good.

Get more of your protien from real food.

Jackal is correct about your diet. Though typically its taken at the very end of a cutting cycle to get the last little bit of water retention out of your system it will still aid in fat loss. It wouldn't be my first choice however. I would consider getting into the teens (15% or 16%) before I started taking it. You will notice its effects much more at that point.

Clen is a steroid and can be abused by novices so be careful with it. Your first day start out with 20mcg and each day add an additional 20mcg per day until you are up to 80 or so per day. Space the pills out and try to never take more then one at a time. Say 20mcg in the early morning, 20 in the late morning, 20 at noon and 20 at maybe 3PM. Try to never take them after 4 or 5 PM cause you won't get to sleep. Your body temp will go up so pay attention to how much water you drink. KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED! Two weeks on and two off. You will notice the crash the first day or two of the off cycle. Try to time the first day or two of the off cycle on a weekend. Take your last pill of the cycle on a Friday afternoon for example. By the way, you know its not legal right?

It would help, yes. But why don't you lose some weight first with aerobics and diet...and maybe a "weaker" fatburner? Leave the Clen for later. Strong stuff.

"Clenbuterol is a very interesting and remarkable compound. It is not a steroid hormone but a beta-2-symphatomimetic."

That's what happens. The first bit always comes off easy and then it slows down. That doesn't mean it's stopped though. It's just slower than the initial start. Pace yourself and don't bother with the Clenbuterol. It all takes time, be patient and you'll get there.

All I got to say is be careful it's nothing like you have ever had before and it can be easy to misinterpret how much you are supposed to take.

Try the lean diet and cardio and no results then maybe it's an option but like everything else out there it isn't a quick fix
