Man Steve, that was bad.
Who takes a strainer into the ****ter? And then plays with the contents. And then takes a pict. Man.....
You could try the Chinese Intestinal Cleansing Herbs. They look like pepper corns. I believe the dose is 7-15 a day. Start low and add 2 a day. Take for a week after they start "working".
The wife swears by them, I can't say I noticed much. I stopped at 15 though.

Well, with the Chinese herbal medicine, what it does is that it treats the symptoms from the inside of your body and it attacks the ailment at its source.
Whereas the traditional practice, it only masks the ailment.
Also, I think that with the enzymes from natural products; it may even help you get a bowel movement twice on that day.

holy crap no pun intended that is some crazy stuff right there steve...i'm almost interested...sometimes i get a sharp pain in my rectum area and i hate it...maybe i should see a doctor, but i think i might try this sometime... I am for the most part very regular...sometimes about 2 times a day. I eat a lot of bran muffins...it's proven that your body cannot digest bran there for it just passes through your stomache and intestines collecting more for you pot. Plus on top of that, i think the egg whites help a lot too. at least 1 time a day here, i eat a lot of fiber. Bran muffins by sarah lee are the bomb. I swear by them to keep regular.
Loki...
thinking of taking 2 weeks off and doing a 7 day cleansing...might have to rent a hotel though...wouldn't want memories of that in my house.

A good colon/bowel cleanse using flax hulls and probiotics would be excellent!!
Flax hulls contain high levels of botanical lignans called SDG. They are converted to mammalian lignans by friendly bacteria in the bowel called ED n EL. ED n EL are powerful antioxidants and most effective in treating and preventing cancers particularly colon/bowel, prostate, breast n skin. At the same time flax hulls are excellent for constipation by providing both soluble and insoluble fibres.
The probiotics are essential for digestive health. LB12 is a great one with 12 strains of live friendly bacteria of which 5 are colonizing. They help get rid of harmful bacteria and toxins in the body and more importantly cleanse the colon/bowel. Because the bacteria can attach themselves to the intestinal walls they are very effective in getting rid of all the old junk, etc. In addition, they help convert the flax hull lignans to mammalian lignans so that the body can absorb.
Both will boost the immune system of the body and ED + EL are also great free radical scavangers!!

Another colon supplement
This should be the "happy colon" thread.
Wheatgerm is a highly nutritious part of the wholewheat grain. Sprinkled over cereals and into drinks, it boosts intake of fibre and nutrients. It is an excellent source of vitamin E - two tablespoons supply 20 per cent of the recommended daily allowance - an antioxidant that helps prevent various forms of cancer and heart disease. It also contains B vitamins and selenium, another antioxidant that may help prevent cancer. It has a fair amount of zinc - 10 per cent of the RDA in two tablespoons - phosphorus and magnesium. As a rich source of fibre, wheatgerm helps maintain bowel regularity and protect against renal and colon cancer.

I have so far only seen it sold like a cereal. But I'm sure you can get it in tablets, too.

Are you serious? Colon cancer is an internal disease involving unusual cell growth patterns in your intestines. It has nothing to do with swollen butts. Jump on Google and do some searches.
Are purple knees and newly sprouted wings a sign of brain cancer? No? How so?
