but the thing about natural healing (from colon cleansing to massage therapy) is that it doesn't have much documented medical proof because they don't get the funding that they need for full blown experimental data. Practitioners can do plenty of small studies on their own but thats about as far as it can go, thus why they are considered 'soft sciences.' Im not saying 'hey lets all get shot up with water because I know it works!" Im just saying don't believe that it doesn't work for the reason that no ones brought forth money to fundit, because for the most part the medical industry would much rather fund and continuously sell you a symptom treating blue pill than get down and dirty.

i've heard from doctors that when most people die that there is between 5 to 10 pounds of waste material still left in the body. most of it being lodgged in the colon. just think about that, 5 to 10 pounds!!!!!!!!

americans are getting fatter and fatter, what about the very overweight and obese in our society. these numbers could possibly be as high as 12 to 15 pounds or even more in some of us!!!!!!!!!!

just look at http://poetry.rotten.com/five-foot-long/
if you still don't believe!!!!

I eat a bowl of fiber1 or something and drink a big cup of coffee, and a half hour later i'm running for the bathroom. Some days it doesnt work like this, but thats about all it takes for me.

FIBER. If you want to ****, you gotta get some.

I just don't see the point in colon cleansing. Just eat a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water and don't eat greasy over processed foods and your system will clean itself out. The nasty stuff they are pulling out of people is probably from years and years of Waffle House, McDonalds, and an awful lifestyle. If there really were all that gunk there it would show up in Medical Imaging.

I still claim colonics are voodoo medicine, as are the colon cleansing pills. How is that going to work any better than a nasty case of diarrhea which we all get every once in a while.
