You don't know what's in them and you're going to take them?!? Eeeek! I don't mean to sound negative, but you really should know what is in them before putting them into your body.

Hot Rox: http://biotest.net/portal_includes/s...SuppFacts.html
nxcare: http://gnc.imageg.net/graphics/produ...clabel_pdf.pdf

im not even gonna attempt the gnc thing- looks like a lot of pointless esterizing to me, some of those ingredients work fine without altering

hot rox is a thermogenic, so its gonna raise your body temperature throughout the day

their suggestions:
Recommended Use:
Take one to two capsules before breakfast and one to two capsules once again six hours later. Always take on an empty stomach with at least 8oz of water. For best results, use continuously for at least 60 days.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A look into the ingredients:

A7-E™ Super-Thermogenic Gel™ 50/700 [lauroyl macrogol-32 glycerides, p-methylcarbonylethylphenol, 3,17-dihydroxy-delta-5-etiocholane-7-one diethylcarbonate, Sclaremax™ (proprietary sclareolide), piperine], caffeine
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
(I was bored)...

auroyl macrogol-32 glycerides (aka Gelucire44/14) seems to increase bioavailability of water soluble drugs (so somethings are water soluble hence their recommendation of drinking water)
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...=pubmed_docsum

p-methylcarbonylethylphenol I cant find what the hell this is but the phenol suggests water solubility. isnt it just an antioxidant?

I just found this page: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/biot/hot.html
They suggest their 3,17-dihydroxy-delta-5-etiocholane-7-one diethylcarbonate (aka A7-E) to increase T3 levels (and basal metabolism) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triiodothyronine
without supressing TSH (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TSH) (stimulates T3 release)
I found no studies on this though so its kinda sketchy

sclareolide from what i can piece together sclareolide increases cAMP levels which regulate sugar, glycogen, and lipid metabolism.

piperine enhances drug bioavailability:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...t_uids=3917507

and of course caffeine which makes you super freakay stoked

there you have it, way more than you wanted to know
