Hey guys this is my first post here and I wanna say hello. Well I'll get straight to the point. Yesterday I went down to GNC and purchased a creatine supplement.
Its called Trans-X. It contains 12grams of creatine in it. My question is that is the
loading phase necessary? The worker there told me its not a good idea with the formula I bought since it contains such a high percentage of creatine.
If I skip the loading phase all together how would I go about the process. I will begin working out in a few days so would I take 2 scoops of powder before I work out or after?
