Consistency


Arrrgh, yep I've fell victim to being inconsistent with taking my supps. Sometimes I'll forget to take my creatine/glutamine and sometimes prepare my whey shake so I have to buy a pre-made one at the gym. Honestly, I'm working hard for a promotion and I'm currently starting a new relationship so there are other things on my mind besides my fitness goals. I still have no prob going to the gym and busting my ass. Any techniques for motivating and remembering to take this ish everyday?? My diet has also gone a little astray since I'm trying to cut but I really don't want to calorie count.

maybe now's not the time for trying to cut. try to maintain what you have, in others words dont go backwards.

then when things settle down, go full throttle again.
