Arrrgh, yep I've fell victim to being inconsistent with taking my supps. Sometimes I'll forget to take my creatine/glutamine and sometimes prepare my whey shake so I have to buy a pre-made one at the gym. Honestly, I'm working hard for a promotion and I'm currently starting a new relationship so there are other things on my mind besides my fitness goals. I still have no prob going to the gym and busting my ass. Any techniques for motivating and remembering to take this ish everyday?? My diet has also gone a little astray since I'm trying to cut but I really don't want to calorie count.
