CortiSlim: Good or Bad?
I don't normally watch tv, but while in a hotel in Seattle I saw a commercial for this stuff called Cortislim. They claim that it is all natural, safe and can help you lose fat.
I am not one to buy into easy answers, like slimness from a bottle, but it sure was intriguing. I'm getting older and not slimming down as quickly as I used to.
Anyone familiar with it or similar products

Personally, I wouldn't use age as an excuse for not being able to slim down. Maintaining a slim figure is a matter of finding a smart balance of nutrition and exercise. My advice: scrap the pills.

Yup, I know. I've really stooped to a new low to even consider one of these hoakey tv supplements. . .

Here's a takeout from a review I found. Seems like it's more of an over-the-counter anti-anxiety supplement than a fat burner.
"Cortislim may indeed be able to reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol through the effects of Magnolia bark contained in its formulation. However, that's a far cry from saying you're actually going to lose weight with this stuff. Most people don't gain weight simply because they are stressed (although for some, stress does equate with overeating).
