Nope. It's just a synthetic hormone. Protein intake can block cortisol as well as glutamine, but it takes large amounts to be effective.

Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

i have heard those do...but doesnt everyone wish cortisol was nonexistant?

Cortisol in small amounts is needed by the body to control carbohydrate metabolism, cardiovascular function and inflammation.
