cortisol

There is a diet pill called cotisol (also a cortislim) which is supposed to block cortisone which sounds good and it's fairly cheap. If diet/appetiete is not a problem would this be a good suppliment.

Garbage........they use a endocrine principle and "market" it to their advantage. What they fail to mention is that testosterone is the strongest "counter-cortisol" hormone. And guess what? Exercise causes an increase in testosterone AND cortisol. BUT the increase in cortisol signals the body to increase testosterone to block it. So if indeed this supplement blocks cortisol, you could be also be reducing "T" levels along with it.

Not good.
