Couple Questions

Ok I started my summer workout program yesterday. After working out I had 4 Pro Performance Whey Protien drinks, mixed with water, through out the day. I find it to be pretty good. Can you drink to much of it???

Next question: I have some creatine on the way, is it alright to take creatine and Whey protien? Will it do anything extra for me??

Third question: I'm gonna be taking Stacker 2 also, will all this stuff together kill me?

Thanks in advance

Well i take ceatine and whey protein, 2 times every day, once before and after the workout. Atleast for me this has been a good combo to gain good solid muscle. As far as the stacker i've never used it, just try to eat good healthy foods every 3 hrs. I think changing your diet would be better .

Never used Stacker. Creatine and whey I use all the time. They work.
