Creatin in skin care!!?

I just saw an advert on TV for a skin care product that "radically reduces rinkles" and other such tomfoolery, but it contained creatin! Im assuming this is the same as creatine, just in a different form? Can it be absorbed through the skin??? If it can its quite a catch, as im assuming it moisturises the skin (?????) and would stop working when the user stops putting it on the skin. Thought id voice this news, if it is to - everyone else.

I saw an ad in the UK which stated creatine as the ingredient. Said it hydrated your skin. Cant remember the name of the product now but it definitely said creatine as spelt. So there you go.
