Creatine


im 15 if i take creatine will it be safe, and also do i have to be hydrated? undefined

Hmmmm I don't think At 15 you need creatine you should more so be active and focus on your diet...As far as being hydrated that's a yes...Creatine absorbs water and stores it in muscle thats why many people feel being bloated...THats what creatine is all about so you will most definatley need to drink lots of it....After your of your cycle your bopdy will flush it all out...

i took creatine at 14...its not unsafe as long as you are very well hydrated........take vitargo cgl

what is vitargo cgl? and is there any other supplement that works just as well?

vitargo is high delivery creatine, with no sugars...it is absorbed up to 70% faster than products that use dextrose, and imo, i think vitargo is the best one ive tried

if you want, go with http://www.hcmuscle.com/Ad/creablast.aspx

ive heard creablast works real well, but go with vitargo, tested and proven

how much of a gain did you see? and is this better? any paticular brand that works well or is cheap?

get rid off all junk food, high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet works best...also, take the creatine...i had 8 lbs in 5 weeks, and had increased my bench by 30
