Creatine ?

i have a question about creatine,i started using creatine about a month after i started working out (4-5 months ago) and when i first started taking it i noticed extreme effects...more energy, water retention, mussle and weight gains, increased strength, and better recovery time, this happend for about the 1st 2 cycles and then i was off it for about a month, then when i got back on it i notice almost none of these besides better recovery time, can any one tell me why, or suggest a better supplement?

Could just be that your Creatine stores are still topped up. Do you eat a lot of red meat?

Creatine is a naturally occuring product in food and besides supplementation it is found in highest quantities in red meat. It is not very difficult for a healthy individual to get 1g creatine from food a day from a normal diet.
