Creatine...

... I know this subject has been done to death so, I appologize if starting a thread here bothers anyone but, I have decided that I am going to get some creatine and see how my body likes it. I hate supplements and the whole industry. I did a search here and found some great info on it and have all my facts straight. What I want to know is, if you HAD to buy ONE creatine, what would it be? I am obviously looking for a CreaPure product and would prefer micronized. I have read all of the online info and suggestions but there are SO many out there, I am honest to God affraid of buying a subpar product. That's why I wanted to ask in this thread. Also, is the 16-20oz. of extra water per 5g sufficient, as most suggest? I want to make sure I'm getting enough water. I drink a gallon a day right now and would assume I'd start drinking 1.5 - 2? Anyhow, thanks for humoring me.

Drinking that amount of water should do it. I was only getting 1.5 gallons of water a day while wrestling and i still never passed a kidney stone even taking creatine but that may have been luck so might as well raise the water intake to be sure. Any product that is micronized should be fine. Don't buy celltech and waste your money though. If you are worried about contaminated products which is what i assume you are then go ahead and spend the extra money, but there is no more chance that you will get a non-contaminated bunch than with any other company, the safest bet here is to buy from a company that does not make any prohormones. Good luck.

Thanks for the input. I'm not too worried about passing any stones but, more so getting optimal water consumption for cell volumization blah blah blah... lol

I personally can't stand Muscle Tech so i'd never bother with their cell-crap. I am leaning towards Prolab's CreaPure product. It's not micronized but, I am not thinking my stomach will have too big of a problem so, who knows. Thanks again!

Prolab is an excellent choice. Make sure you get at least 120oz of water each day and you should be fine.

Thanks MM. I keep seeing Prolab's product at the top of many people's lists so, it just might be the one I go for.
