Creatine ?

I was wondering if i take creatine 4 days of the week and i dont take it on the weekends will this make me weaker. Will you be able to see a decrease in muscle mass? Lets say you quit taking creatine how long would it take for your muscles to decrease in size?

If you don't use the creatine at its effective levels, basically you just won't see the gains, or the gains will be very minimal. Your body needs to be saturated with creatine, thats why generally when you first start you do a loading phase, to saturate your body with it. If you take 2 or 3 days off, basically its going to take you a long time to get saturated.
Either use it or don't, waste of money and time if you do it halfass.
