creatine?

Hi all im 17 and have been doing weight lifting mostly on my arms for about a month. I do it about 3 times a week cause of school and work taking most of my time but. I wanted to know what creatine does for you and if its safe for me. I dont want to take any thing that will stunt me or do damage I always hear people talking about the stuff .But my main goal is to build up my arms and chest .

Thank you for your time and help!!!

Creatine wont stunt your growth but itll to damage if you dont take it correctly (the proper amount at the proper times, with non-acidic foods/drinks, etc).

I think you should worry more about your training. Your biceps and triceps make up a very small part of your upper body, and you are wasting your time by working them too often and only those muscles. You should focus alot more on your traps, delts, and chest, which are the three largest muscle groups in your upper body.

You should also do leg work, because it will benefit your upper body training in many ways and will also keep you from looking silly.

Dont work your arms more than once a week. Do arms one day, chest/back another, and legs on the third day. Thats all for now.

You can get it at GNC. About 50 servings (1 or 2 a day) for $10-$12.
