Creatine 6000 ES


Ok i just got some of this and when i go to mix it in with my water all it does is settle at the bottemafter i shake it...it doesnt like disslve in the water...should i be using something else instead of water? its really pissing me off

Try mixing it with grape juice and also try mixing HALF the dose in first, then drink that.... and repeat with the second half...it should dissolve a bit better. BTW - Did you hear of that guy who ate around 40g creatine per DAY, and it didn't fully dissolve everytime he took it lol, I shouldn't laugh, but after a few months he complained of stomach pains....turns out the creatine had re-crystalised in his intestines....they had to cut him open and pull it out....LOL......just thought I'd share.

btw creatine doesn't really disolve in anything. its always going to sink to the bottom of your cup. just drink it in a shaker or bring a spoon with you to stir and gulp.

yeah thats what ive been doing...stirring it and then quickly gulping it down...its been working so i guess ill go with that

creatine wont dissolve - it just forms a colloid (most suspended, then starts to settle)

dont mix it in grape juice. grape juice has vitamin c (ascorbic acid) which makes the creatine break down at an accelerated rate
