Creatine & Protein Mixing Question

Will protein and creatine (mixed in different container) stay good for atleast 1 hour after i mix it in water?

Reason i am asking is because i mix both of them before going to the gym and leave them in my car. Then after my work out, i get to my car and drink them instantly.

There shouldnt be too much a problem the creatine may degrade a small amount though mabe add that in later. Why do you make them up separatly?

Just take a spoon of creatine in your mouth and down it with some water. The protein will be fine for that time period, but another option would be to keep a bottle of water in the car as well as a shaker cup filled with water. You can then just scoop in your protein, shake it, and drink it. Then you can just stick a spoon of creatine in your mouth and finish that off with some water and be done with it with no worries about leaving it in water too long.

I do what Cort suggests -- take water (or juice) in a separate container, put your powders in a baggie and mix it when you are done with your workout. Makes a nice, fresh protein drink.
