Question

Creatine and Booze? ripped fuel?

i have been working out on a regular basis 4 days a week, for the last few weeks and i am trying to gain muscle and loose fat, i am intressted in using Cretine and ripped fuel. and i have a few questions

I am 18 and going to college so drinking is a part of my life, i drink about 2-3 times and week and i have herd that drinking while taking creatine is VERY Dangerous, is that true? is there anyone who had drank regularaly while taking creatine?

I would also like to start taking ripped fuel. Are both supplements as effective or less effective if taking both at the same time? Are there any dangers i should be aware of before taking both supplements?

Thank you for the help!

the only problem would be the risk of dehydration, (with ripped fuel + creatine + alcohol) , just drink a lot of water.

If I had a dollar for every new creatine danger I hear.....

A shot is probably just as effective as grape juice for helping absorb creatine. Obviously I wouldn't recomend that....

Drink up young man.

IF i am taking creatine and ripped fuel at the same time
will the ripped fuel be just as effective for weight loss?

as of right now i am more intressted in loosing a bit of weight then getting bigger should i stay off the creatine untill i loose the weight our should i just take both supplements?

Ripped fuel is more effective for weight loss, since creatine isn't for weight loss at all.

Take both.

water water water water water

If you're drinking AND taking creatine you're doubly dehydrating your body. I think that would lead to one nasty hangover. If you drink plenty of water (at least 80oz a day) you should be fine.

Hi guys. I'm new.

I have to agree with the earlier posts. Creatine, Ripped Fuel, and booze will dehydrate you.

I have trouble staying hydrated using Creatine and Ephed. If I added booze I would dry right up.

I drink 1.5 gallons of water as it is.

You will need at least that much to stay hydrated. Try to add one glass of water per drink of booze (on drinking nights). It will keep you hydrated and keep the hangover away.

By the way, don't mix booze and Tylenol (acetominiphen). It is toxic to the liver.

If you are drinking alcohol you should supplement liver health by adding 500-750mg of Milk Thistle per day. It will help keep your liver enzyme count within normal limits.
